A- La réaction à un texte écrit :

Contexte: Nous tirons essentiellement les nutriments dont notre organisme a

besoin pour son fonctionnement dans les aliments que nous consommons.

Food provides us with the essential vitamins and nutrients we need to do well, just

about everything: from walking around to concentrating on school work or the

books you are reading to playing a game or football. It is important we eat a variety

of foods to keep healthy. These foods include grains, rice pasta, bread and cereals

which provide carbohydrates. We should also eat fruits and vegetables at least five

portions a day for vitamins. Protein foods like meat, eggs, fish and beans must also

be present in our daily food. In addition, dairy foods like milk and cheese give us

minerals.

Although we need to eat in order to live, it is also important to enjoy food. It tastes

good but it is also part of our social fabric. Cooking and eating have been at the

heart of the home and social life. Food also carries with it many traditions; it is

used to celebrating special occasion and as a symbol of our cultural ties.

Sometimes, choosing the best foods can be confusing. Supermarkets offer us many

choices when shopping and with, people working longer hours, sometimes ready

meals and fast foods seem the quickest and easiest option. It is ready to eat these

occasionally, but as they are often high in fats, sugar and salt, we should be careful

not to have them on a regular basis.

In addition to proper nutrition, you must be physically active. Try to get at least 30

minutes of exercise most days of the week. If you are overweight, you had better

increase the amount of time that you spend in physical activity.

To ensure that you and your family are healthy and happy, you have to choose the

best foods to cook and exercise regularly.
